AIQ, the Office of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum, operates as the federal coordination brain for this shell. Both entered the diagnostic territory of AI infrastructure, grid stress, scientific automation, and computational systems after the Marlowe source record already existed.

The Marlowe Architecture is not a vendor offering inside a government platform. It is the private diagnostic kernel.
