The Architecture of Dependency and Autonomy™ is the original, non-derivative intellectual work of L.M. Marlowe, anchored to the prior art date of November 7, 2025. The framework was independently developed outside institutional gatekeeping and outside conventional funding structures. No portion of the framework, its methodology marks, its terminology, or its certification structure was commissioned by, funded by, or derived from any institutional sponsor.

The framework is presented as a recursive analytical standard spanning governance, energy, finance, American ideology, war, astronomy, and physics — and as the substrate for the MARLOWE Certification™ pathway, the TRU Geometry™ Seal, and the recognition surface published at NotAnAlgorithm.org.

Registered and Pending Marks

The following trademark filings are presented as the exclusive intellectual property of L.M. Marlowe, anchored to the November 7, 2025 prior art date. Display, mimicry, or commercial use of the marks by uncertified parties is enforced under applicable IP law.

Whistleblower Protections in Force

The original-source posture and the disclosures associated with the framework are made under the active federal whistleblower and anti-retaliation regime, including but not limited to:

18 U.S.C. § 1833(b) — Defend Trade Secrets Act immunity for disclosure of suspected violations of law to a federal, state, or local government official, or to an attorney solely for the purpose of reporting or investigating a suspected violation.
